We offer tailor-made solutions for high-quality powder coatings that optimally protect and refine your components.

Long-lasting protection & individual color selection

We have been coating components according to your individual requirements and color preferences since 2000. Our powder coating ensures a robust, durable surface with first-class corrosion protection.

Flexibility in size & weight

Our standard dimensions for powder coating: up to 3 m long, 0.6 m wide, and 1.5 m high. Components weighing over 150 kg or custom sizes? No problem! Contact us – we'll find a solution. Serial and individual part processing is possible.

Individual pretreatment & protective measures

Depending on the material and requirements, we offer additional preparation services such as paint stripping, blasting, masking of paint-free areas, or thread protection before coating. We would be happy to advise you on the best options for your component.

Rim powder-
coating

Our special highlight is the powder coating of car and motorcycle rims.

Finally, the parts are baked in a baking oven at 200°C. After cooling, the components are fully cured and ready for immediate use.

First, the workpiece is thoroughly cleaned, chemically pretreated, and dried in a drying oven. It must then cool down to prepare for further processing.
