A legal disclaimer

(1) Our General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from our General Terms and Conditions are invalid.
Our General Terms and Conditions shall also apply if we carry out the delivery to the customer without reservation despite being aware of conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our General Terms and Conditions.

(2) All agreements made between us and the customer for the purpose of executing this contract shall be recorded in writing in this contract.

(3) Our General Terms and Conditions also explicitly apply to merchants within the meaning of Section 24 of the AGBG (General Terms and Conditions of Business). Furthermore, we refer to the applicability of all provisions applicable to merchants under the HGB (German Commercial Code).

(4) Our General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to all future transactions with the customer.

(5) Our offers are subject to change without notice. Orders are only binding for us if we confirm them or fulfill them by dispatching the goods; verbal ancillary agreements are only binding if we confirm them in writing.

(6) When using the delivered goods, the intellectual property rights of third parties must be observed.

(1) If the customer is a registered merchant, our registered office in Weil am Rhein / Friedlingen shall be the place of jurisdiction; however, we are also entitled to sue the customer at the court of his place of residence.
